Adeline de Monseignat is a sculptor whose work uncovers the hidden life within the inanimate. Based in Mexico City, she draws on mythology, symbolism, and the uncanny, transforming materials such as marble, fur, and glass into metaphysical objects that pulse with ancient energy.
Her recurring motifs—spheres, seeds, ladders, and wheels—become vessels for the cycles of life, embodying birth, death, and rebirth. Through a blend of organic and industrial materials, Adeline creates a haunting dialogue between the natural world and the human-made, inviting us to reconsider the boundaries between the living and the inert.
