This catalogue accompanied a solo exhibition by Sargy Mann in 2008 of a series of paintings of his wife Frances. In 2005, he went completely blind yet was undeterred from painting. An essay written by Sargy and studio shots featured throughout the catalogue offer an extraordinary insight into his artistic process without sight, using handmade instruments to aid in proportion and touch alone to paint.
